With over 11 years of experience in the information technology and services industry, I am formally a Sr Support Engineer at InsiteOne, a leading provider of vendor neutral archive solutions for healthcare imaging. My mission is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and technical performance for the InsiteOne application, which stores and forwards medical images to the cloud for doctors, hospitals, and imaging centers.As part of the Unified Clinical Archive team, I leverage my skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, Suse Linux, Storage, ITIL, and IT Service Management Implementation to coordinate and troubleshoot the systems running on physical and virtual servers at client sites across the country. I also collaborate with other support analysts and engineers to provide L1, L2, and L3 support, disaster recovery, and system maintenance.
