Once CFC-A dissolved in October 2006, I moved over to ISAF IX HQs and served as the IO targeting officer until returning to Ft. Lewis in January of 2007. Then, in mid 2008, LTG Jacoby took over I Corps to execute the MNC-I mission from March 2009 until March 2010; served as IO planner in the CJ35 FUOPS cell under COL Buck James.

Company Trainer; responsible for training Infantry platoons and companies in the 41st Brigade (Oregon Army NG), 81st Brigade (Washington Army NG), and the 40th ID (California Army NG); highlight training event was transforming the 81st Armor Brigade into a Motorized Infantry Brigade (yes, motorized) for their upcoming deployment to Iraq.
