My primary responsibility is the recruitment, training, orientations, and involvement of various volunteers. In a short time, and continuously over the past 5 years, I have increased the volunteers for MADD S.E. Texas by up to 300%! My focus is to find specific volunteers for our Victim Services. I also research and plug in volunteers for all aspects including every event, law enforcement appreciation, office ad min, and more. I also am very involved in the state wide programs of Government Affairs, and the lobbying in Austin from volunteers to their Representatives and Senators. I have reformed and re-designed the MADD on the Hill Day in Austin for all regions of Texas MADD to come to Austin and lobby specific bills before the House and Senate. The day now includes many logistics that have not been a part before. I also help with all events in visuals, décor, sponsorships, and armies of volunteers for smooth and effective results. My development experience gives me a great insight to sponsorships and fundraising.

Began in the call center in Arlington, Tx and realized potential revenue not being captured. I developed a presentation for additional sales new pipeline. I then was promoted to Business Development and worked with securing business sites, and event sites to partner with us and we interfaced our hotel inventory to their websites.
