Dave Archibald is a Retired at MidAtlantic Construction. Colleagues describe him as "Dave is a diligent Manager building Several Circuit City Stores at the time (Ground Up Construction) good communicator with all on the project team Les Hartsell" and "I have worked with Dave Archibald on at least 4 major projects over the last 20 years. When Dave was with R. J. Kroener we worked on several Home depots and a Circuit city. It was with Henderson that I got to really know and work closely with Dave over the entire life of the project which was 400,000 SF+, 8 buildings, with 100 + tenants. Our company Affordable Fire Protection was the only contractor on the project from the beginning that was tasked to do the base building and every tenant that came in to keep continuity in the sprinkler system. The owner was skeptical that we would be able to keep up and open all 100+ tenants for the grand opening. We did and in large part thanks to Dave. We met every week because of the size and complexity of the project and I was able to observe Dave run the meetings and the job (multiple buildings being built in different phases of construction at the same time) with a capability that only comes only from experience. He was always a pleasure to work with because he has a grasp of every situation and problem that inevitably crops up on a job and knew how to work through or around them to get the proper results.
