I set out to study accountancy as a platform to gain entrance to commerce. Having completed my articles at KPMG in Cape Town I joined GEC Alstom as a financial manager and held various financial positions within different group companies, all specialising in manufacturing. At age 33 I decided to leave corporate employment and after spending a short period with Tinderbox Interactive, then the leading IT Multi-media company in South Africa, I embarked on building my own IT companies.Although still actively involved in building and developing IT companies, my focus has turned to commodity brokering.Specialties: Establishing and Developing companies
