With over 22 years of experience in the electronics and telecommunications industries, I am a dedicated and versatile retired military officer who has served in various roles and locations with the U.S. Coast Guard. I have deployed with all branches of the military, DHS, and civilian agencies throughout the world, demonstrating strong leadership skills, technical acumen, stamina, and strong work ethics. I have earned multiple BICSI certifications that validate my skills and knowledge in installing, designing, and maintaining copper and fiber optic telecommunication infrastructures.As the Telecommunications Chief for the 14th Coast Guard district in Hawaii, I was the strategic advisor to the District Commander (Rear Admiral) and a trusted leader in the C5I community. I provided guidance and support for all DHS, USCG, and Joint Service initiatives within the INDOPACIFIC Region, covering over 14.4 million square miles of territory. I am an excellent communicator with superb speaking ability, and a very personable, selfless, and compassionate individual who prioritizes the value and interests of others to achieve successful outcomes. I am also the proud 2019 recipient of the prestigious CDR John P. Dailey award for outstanding leadership and mentoring within the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence (C5I) community.
