Turnover is circa £470m. Led, managed and coached 4 direct reports. The main purpose of the role was to influence and coach the senior leadership team and drive the people agenda both strategically and operationally for the group’s largest operating division. Led the HR transformation for a strategic outsourcing programme with BT, enabling KCOM to introduce 21st century network technology and gain access to the wider reach of BT’s national infrastructure. This included the successful transfer out of 184 employees under TUPE regulations and overall savings to the group of circa £20m annualised.
