Previously a National Managing Project Director for the 3rd Largest Commercial Restoration and Reconstruction company in the US. While at BBMK/BTR I specialized in commercial restoration, commercial reconstruction and CAPEX projects only. (No residential). Primary role is to evaluate losses by working with Regional Management and above (i.e. Risk, Asset, Claims Directors) in order to bid, build and close out large loss projects on both the restoration and reconstruction side. I previously managed all financial duties from cradle to grave on roughly $13.5M annually. I previously supervise Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, APMs, Restoration Supervisors and work with Construction Managers and Operations Managers in order to bring losses in on time and on budget based on client needs and requirements. I worked with consultants, engineers, interior corporate claims officers and adjusters to settle claims and scopes. I reported to our company COO, CFO and VPs.
