System Analyst• Provide desktop support in a multi-site environment. Evaluate and document hardware and software configuration procedures.• Provide workstation, laptop, and printer hardware and software support/troubleshooting, imaging, and patching.• Educate users on the proper usage of company hardware and applications.• Assist users in the configuration of their mobile devices to obtain access to company applications.• Participate in desktop, peripheral, building moves, additions, support and other projects as defined and required.• Create and update documentation relating to change management and processes.• Coordinate with REJIS to test and roll out new County applications and services.• Coordinate with REJIS to test and deploy VDI terminals and requirements.• Coordinate with computer related suppliers, vendors, and external support staff to maintain systems.• Perform related work as required.

***Currently only doing online order fulfillment & website maintenance.***Ensure that the band is where they need to be when they need to be, including all press needs as well as getting on and off stage on time.• Work with venue security teams to ensure safety of band and crew.• Coordinate with local venue and promoter representatives for logistics of the show, such as arrival and load in time, parking for tour bus, set times, catering needs, power needs, number of stage hands, any press requests, and whatever else may come up.• Supervise and help with load in and load out of band equipment.• Supervise tour crew.• Manage merchandise sales and inventory including online sales fulfillment.• Sell merchandise at the smaller venues.• Handle all money for band. Collect payment from venue or local promoter representative and make sure amount is correct. Manage petty cash fund and account for all daily expenses. Send nightly reports to the bands CPA for venue pay, merchandise sales and petty cash fund. Deal with anything else that may come up daily.• Manage VIP meet & greets for the band• Update bands website with new merchandise, tour dates and VIP meet & greet packages.
