This included monitoring and engaging on federal privacy legislation.Project managed the company’s U.S. Election Day initiative in 2016 and 2018, which helped facilitate tens of thousands of rides to the polls and garnered an immense amount of positive press. The campaign was shared at one of the highest rates on social media the company had ever seen.Facilitated over 40 events with Members of Congress, who were able observe first-hand how Uber’s technology is impacting their communities and constituencies. The events consisted of ride-alongs in Uber self-driving semi-trucks and Members of Congress becoming Uber drivers and conducting rides themselves.
