Current• Work closely with Customer Care departments to understand IMS requirements, and work to close gaps through adoption of common IMS element processes.• Facilitate workshops to connect IMS tools and processes to the Customer areas and help them to navigate and implement new ways of working• Collaborate with the Management Program (MP) and Element Owners on the application and execution of their IMS requirements to drive compliance and leading safety and reliability… Show more • Work closely with Customer Care departments to understand IMS requirements, and work to close gaps through adoption of common IMS element processes.• Facilitate workshops to connect IMS tools and processes to the Customer areas and help them to navigate and implement new ways of working• Collaborate with the Management Program (MP) and Element Owners on the application and execution of their IMS requirements to drive compliance and leading safety and reliability performance• Support complete and effective delivery of quarterly Management Program Management Reviews and meaningful inputs to GDS’ Top Leadership Management Review• Where applicable, co-ordinate, report or build IMS-related metrics or complete governance reporting activities with the relevant collaborators.• Develop or participate in Organizational Change Management activities (like communications or training) to raise IMS awareness and competence• Break down deliverables into action and project plans and work with team members to influence timely completion and quality results• Empower all levels of team members through flexible thinking, productive relationships, delivering to commitments, and thought leadership Show less
