Through their experience they discovered a niche opportunity in the condo industry and launched a web-based property management application to redefine the management of condo associations globally.A condo association is similar to an organization, but not managed in a similar way. Each organization has its own system, process, procedure and record keeping. When an individual departs the outgoing get deactivated and the incoming get activated. All information and records are retained, thus the organization ensures continuity of its operation. Unfortunately, this is not the case within the standard condo structure. There is no continuity in operations when changes occur, which results in poor service and unnecessary expenses for residents/ owners.1. Builders - Build and sell all the units and walk away after transition to the owners/association.2. Owners - No continuity when they sell. All records related to the unit are lost when ownership changes occurs.3. Association/Board Members - When a board member leaves, all records and activities generated by the outgoing board member are lost. New board members often have to start all over, which is time consuming and expensive.4. Property Manager - When Property Manager or Management Company changes happen, often records/knowledge also get lost. Most associations have no system of their own to ensure continuity.My Green Condo is the solution to these challenges and is equivalent to LinkedIn/Facebook within the condo industry. Similar to these organizations, My Green Condo is border-less and condo associations can use the application in any part of the world. We have partnered and continue to partner with property management companies globally to provide a one-stop-shop solution for condominium associations.
