RC Willey asked me to switch to work directly for them so I could lead and train a team of developers for our internet and intranet websites...and that is just what I did. The team I have been directing has been building and improving RC Willey's web presence for many years and recently integrated with our new ERP solution. We were an early entry into the drop ship scene, and I have integrated our system with just under 100 different vendors. We wrote and supported our own high performance email marketing solution, contests, search engine, product tagging and promotion system. We did Human Resources systems for benefit enrollment, a blog engine, image and video conversion and resizing system, and integrated our company's WMS, Active Directory and logistics systems. Basically you name it, I have had my hands in it, and have tried to build one of the fastest shopping sites on the internet by keeping things simple, lean and reducing points of failure.
