At heart I am a social scienctist trying to achieve a higher standard of living for all Indian people through economic, social, educational, spiritual, and physical well being. Our viewpoint as Indian people can at times be very ethnocentric but all in all we see each other as one race, the human race!The legacy we leave will be based on our contributions to the community as a whole. It is my intention to help teach Tribal people and others the pros and cons of Federal Government Contracting. The business of being in business has always been an illusive subject but is at the very heart of how we all stay competitive. There are many paradigms to choose from but what works best for Tribes may be very different from what works for others. The essence of being competitive while providing quality in every aspect is what I focus on.Specialties: My skills sets have been developed in community mobilization through economic development and healthcare. I would consider myself a subject matter expert of the small business administration's 8(a) program. I have taken Tribally owned businesses from start up to bidding and winning Federal Contracts. This process is daunting if you are not used to operating in a rules based environment like the one our government operates under. However, once in the door, you find it is a great industry.
