Lead a team of >500 FTE'sMajor accomplishments/projects included:-Negotiated system-wide pathology services contract that led to enhanced quality, utilization reduction strategies and financial savings -Converted ~40+ medical practices to preferred laboratory vendor yielding significant revenue gains and expense reduction-Led design/construction project for USP 800/797 compounding to meet regulatory compliance at 16 sites-Reduced supply expense by ~$4 million in 2017 across both lab and pharmacy business units -Implemented a system lab utilization taskforce that reduced IP billable tests by ~4% (>75,000 tests)

Pharmacy executive responsible for strategic planning, operations, contracting, clinical services, and quality improvement activities within the health system. Oversight of ~300 FTE's, ~$200M+ operating budget across 12 inpatient, 6 retail, 2 long-term care, 1 mail-order pharmacies. Led a team of 7 directors, 1 manager and 4 support staff.Major accomplishments/projects included:-Negotiated or implemented $5+ million in supply chain savings-Negotiated numerous system-wide contracts including, but not limited to Pyxis ES upgrade, 340-B split billing software, clinical surviellance software, clinical end user databases, etc... leading to significant savings and operational gains-Successfully implemented Pyxis ES automated dispensing cabinets and Medmined across the enterprise-Implemented new employee pharmacy benefit plan leading to millions in savings on prescription drug expenditures-Developed and executed a business plan for employee mail order pharmacy operation-Led standardization of operational and clinical policies across 12 inpatient and 6 retail pharmacies-Represent Presence Health on various committees including CCG (supergroup of IDN's within Premier responsible for clinical contracting)

Served as interim System Director of Pharmacy from March 2014-Feb 2015.Major accomplishments/projects included:-Documented $4+ million in pharmaceutical supply chain savings-Developed and implemented first ever Presence Health System Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee -Developed and implemented first ever Presence Health Antimicrobial Advisory Subcommittee (included business plan for additional ID clinical specialist)-Led standardization efforts (pharmacy component) of evidence based clinical order sets
