I manage the Solutions Group Practice Managers. This EMEA based group includes the Hitachi Network Attached Storage, Digital Intelligence and Unified Compute Platform teams. The Solutions Group portfolio is continually changing to reflect the different technologies our customers demand. I work with the Practice Managers to ensure our support teams deliver award winning service to our global customers.I am the senior escalation point for the group and my interaction is generally with senior customer management to ensure business continuity and establish long standing relationships.

Responsible for the day to day running of an EMEA based team of highly experienced and skilled technicians. I also ensure the Global teams are kept updated and informed of any issues or enhancements associated with the HNAS product. Interacted with major customers to ensure their KPI's are met and CSAT levels maintained through exemplary customer service.
