I created, designed and put an entire publication together known as the Lake Tahoe Visitors Map 2023-2024 Winter Edition. I hired an amazing Graphic Designer, found a reliable printer, and most importantly, brought in 38 advertisers within a 90 day period. We distributed 50,000 publications throughout the Lake Tahoe area, and I have received '5 stars' from every visitor and local that has seen it. Of all of my accomplishments throughout my career, this has to be near the top.

After 10 years in the office supply industry, Dave purchased an existing business in the South Lake Tahoe area. The business had been in existence for over 10 years prior, but was slowly dying because of the big stores nearby. Dave closed down the retail store after year 3, as he needed to cut his expenses, while building his sales. Dave handled all aspects of the business, but primarily put his efforts into marketing the business, by being involved in the community, along with making cold calls and following up with referrals. He was elected to the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as a representative of all small businesses in the area.
