Successfully completed the turnkey installation of three pulse jet fabric filters (PJFF), three powder activated carbon systems (PAC), and two dry sorbent injection systems (DSI) for the Louisville Gas & Electric/Kentucky Utilities projects located at their Mill Creek, Brown, and Trimble County stations.Total value of the LGE/KU projects: 90M. Brown & Trimble County projects ran concurrently.Developed, monitored, and maintained project schedules to ensure on time project completion. Conducted schedule review meetings with internal project team members, contractors, and the client. Reviewed contract to clearly define project scope of work and division of responsibilities. Coordinated with department leaders for design & engineering, procurement, fabrication, and shipping. Ensured that all equipment and material was properly fabricated and arrived on site per the schedule.Generated project budgets. Review all projected related costs on a weekly basis to avoid overruns.Conducted regular project review meetings to ensure project remained on schedule and within budget.Develop and distribute monthly progress reports. Maintain clear communications between client, contractors, and project team members.
