JDE XE, version 8.9 SP23. All financial applications, Supply Chain and a few custom applications were used. Integration with SAP, Hyperion and PeopleSoft HR, Insight and QSoft. Multiple AS400 Enterprise servers, 2 Windows Batch servers, SQL data base servers, Oracle data base servers and 29 Citrix servers.Lead CNC Responsible for activity of 9 CNC’s located around the world supporting just over 8,000 JDE Users. Responsible for QSoft security support and maintenance team.Developed documentation, policies, procedures and training materials for the other CNC’s so we could support 24/7.Developed documentation, procedures and training materials to the Help Desk so they could handle 90% of the support calls. Designed and implemented a Print archiving solution to move JDE PDF’s to a document server that users could access from JDE.Additional duties include daily CNC support for user security, package builds, ESU’s, Tools Release, OMW setup and support, path codes / environments, and server administration.Used AS400 Query and ODBC connectivity to analyze / extract data and resolve issues.

JDE Coexistent, version 8.9 SP23 AS400 Applications are Supply Chain, Inventory, Warehousing, Financials HR and EDI Integration to AMOS Purchasing / Inventory, CrunchTime Purchasing / Inventory, dcLink and PeopleSoft. Lead architect responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art software solutions. Lead architect supporting Internal and External Audit for Sarbanes-Oxley reporting/compliance.Use OMW to develop Forms and UBE’s for inquiries and reporting for Internal and External Audit for Sarbanes-Oxley reporting/compliance.Co lead developing functional security roles for land based and shipboard JDE users.Developed and implemented security controls for user management and reporting.Manage test/training environments, support dcLink security, script maintenance and support. Redesigned software for wireless hand-held barcode readers and receiving stations at 2 warehouses and developed proprietary control log/vendor scheduling application. Used OMW to develop tables, Applications, UBE’s and integration to dcLink SQL tables for improved container / transportation inquiry and reporting across 3 purchasing and inventory systems..
