Responsible for overseeing Payments and Customer servicing.

Responsible for the management and operations of the Security division of BT Professional Services. This role required the ability to analyse performance data including, revenue reporting, cost management and utilisation of workforce to make key decision to drive growth for BT. Key pieces of work were forecasting and MTP creation. This role included a vast amount of operational transformation to enable greater automation and data driven strategic decisions. Primary stakeholders in this role were at an executive level, with regular update and performance reviews conducted to this level of audience.

Focused on strategic and commercial management functions for a team of 250 consultants. Role included data analytics and reporting of large financial data sets. Also included market analysis across the leading analysts such as Forrester, IDC and Gartner. A combination of these approaches enables me to build strategic, operational and GTM decisions and approaches. This role required the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams across a variety of stakeholders, working to tight deadlines.

I worked on a variety of technical workstreams. This role had an emphasis on collaboration with customers to tackle their security challenges. The aim was to develop their cyber security maturity through analysis of their risk management and update their strategic direction as necessary. This included development of new capability for the department, aligning to 4 industry standards with +500 compliance requirements.

Worked with different CAD packages and production methods. I was responsible forleading on an internal design project. During this industrial placement I developed my project management skills.

I used this experience to self-fund a 4month travelling experience. In role I was responsible for customer service, stock control and sales figure analysis. I found this working experience invaluable in learning how to interact with customers and organise multiple business functions.
