The offshore oil and gas industries in ANZ are part of a global industry, with local content and with clients increasingly seeking international marine HR and support services. As a result, Atlas Professionals and Programmed Marine have decided to form a 50/50 joint venture (JV) for the Australian & New Zealand marine manning services markets. The JV will benefit from the opportunities that Atlas, with 20 offices in 16 countries, brings to ANZ and operates under the name Atlas Professionals.

• Oversight of key client contracts, specifically liaison with clients to ensure their manning, operational, logistical and support requirements are met. • Logistics co-ordination for all clients as and where required. Including vessel agency, freight forwarding, imports & exports, load-outs to supply vessels, manifesting for clients amongst many others. • Procurement services for various clients both domestically and internationally. From stationery, PPE, furniture right through to heavy engineering projects (design, fabrication, installations etc), catering fit outs and so on. • Oversight of companies catering contracts, and the supply of first class food to clients facilities. Supply of offshore reefers, in addition to other offshore containers to ensure produce arrives on site in first class condition.

• Looked after all port agency for domestic and South Pacific vessels – by both personal attendance and by overseeing our network of sub-agents on a 24/7 basis. Liaison with all govt departments. Main vessels of expertise - reefer vessels of all types, tween deckers, multipurpose HL vessels, HL vessels, logistical services to military vessels. • Procurement of company’s equipment stocks and overseeing stock inventories at all ports. Managed and nurtured the company's relationships with all suppliers.• Responsible for the scheduling and commercial needs of principals vessels within NZ • Accountable for the supply of all bunkering requirement in NZ, including the liaison with oil companies, fixing of bunkers, arrangement of credit facilities and co-ordination of scheduling requirement to meet bunkering deadlines• Managed the companies brokering responsibilities over all Laytime statements between our principals and their clients, and resolving of all disputes arising from Laytime. • Management of operational and commercial claims / settlements
