I am a member of the firm’s Construction and Global Energy practice groups primarily acting for project owners, contractors and suppliers providing ongoing project management counsel and resolution of complex construction disputes, as well as for energy project proponents with project development, stakeholder engagement and regulatory and environmental approvals.I provide pragmatic strategic advice to project proponents, owners, developers and EPC contractors with respect to project development and management, as well as complex construction disputes. I also have broad experience as a regulatory lawyer acting for public utilities and other energy companies with respect to energy infrastructure projects and the myriad of legal, regulatory and stakeholder issues that arise during their development and construction.I have appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta, various international and ad hoc arbitral tribunals and regularly appear before the Alberta Utilities Commission, British Columbia Utilities Commission, National Energy Board and various environmental and municipal councils and land-use regulators in Alberta and BC.
