Accept incoming deliveries ensure stock is put away correctly in a prompt and efficient manner•Maintain accurate stock levels of new and customer owned stocks.•Process customer returns, Repairs and damages•Responsible for 24 staff

Supervise the receipt of stock into warehouse, pick and pack of customer orders•Total responsibility for 45,000 sq ft warehouse operation with stock in excess of £5.000.000, •Accountable for the receipt of goods from supplier, maintaining accurate stock records and assembly of orders for distribution to 15 regional locations. •Responsible for dealing with customer queries, on occasions with overseas suppliers, and •Communicating daily with other company locations and third parties. •Managed and leading a team of 40, whilst working tight deadlines, headcount and forecasted budgets.
