Once all necessary migration data was compiled, team was able to shut down Profitkey, migrate all data to SAP, and validate migration in 7 days.

Contributions:• Streamlined month end close procedures, task lists, and checklists for our segment to help drive company wide initiative of decreasing the close process from 5 business days to 3 business days.• Leveraged existing monthly reports, to create a segment variance analysis report. Previously, the segment was waiting 7 business days to receive a report generated by our corporate accounting group. With the new report, we were able to accelerate the review process by two business days.• Created new Customer Profitability Database, to more accurately review account GM achievement. Prior to the development of the new database, their was a common concern that the information being provided by the report set in the ERP system was not accurate, and could not be relied upon. After hearing this in meetings, I took the initiative to assess the current situation, and develop a solution. Resulting reports were used from May 2007 until ERP Migration in January 2011.
