Trade Counter Sales, taking goods in, restocking shelves, handling trade accounts, general tidy of front of house and warehouse.

Store Management, roster of staff, hiring new employees, training staff on the products sold, cash handling, cash deposits, opening and closing the store and doing store audits each week.

I started out as a Christmas Temp in November and then in August I got promoted to Senior Sales for two stores. Now I am acting Assistant Manager in the one store.

Duties included serving customers on the sop floor as they enter the shop in an attentive and effective manner. Profiling customers for upselling additional products in order to meet sals targets. Also admin reports daily, train the staff in the shop on new Samsung products and general cleaning of my SIS stand.
