I am proud to have founded Auger, a premier underground services and subsidence specialist working exclusively for the insurance industry across the UK. We are a data led business, harnessing in-house developed technology to deliver a customer journey deserving of our exceptional NPS of over 80. With 27 years’ expertise in our sector, and a nationwide, directly-employed workforce trained in ‘the Auger way’, our clients and customers can truly rely on us to do ‘whatever it takes’.As MD at Auger, I understand the value of upholding my clients’ reputation and strengthening their relationship with their customers. My mission has therefore always been to maintain a first-class team of experts who deliver an unrivalled end-to-end solution to handling drainage, water mains and off-mains insurance claims. I established the Auger Academy in 2016 to support this vision, encouraging my colleagues’ personal and professional development by providing opportunities for further training, external qualifications and higher education across departments.
