When the printing plates come out from a washer, I dry them off (1 hour + ) then cut them to the appropriate size. These finished printing plates are then either packed for outside delivery or passed on to Amcor Cumbria

Graphic designer. Checking of digital artwork. Making Continuous printing sleeve files. Use of "in-house" computer work-flow system. Manipulation of digital files. General computer skills.

Started in a black & white photographic department. This included making prints of hand drawn artworks (pre - digital!!). Photo typesetting, on what would be considered now a pre-historic typesetting machine (one letter at a time).Moved on to producing negatives from digital artwork.Then onto producing digital artwork itself.
