Currently responsible for Dell’s Small Business Sales team in EMEA (UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and Sweden). Our team of professionals are focused on providing customers with relevant technology solutions to power their current and future business needs. Over my career I have had the opportunity to live and work in multiple countries and regions across EMEA. The experience has helped fuel a passion for diversity and inclusion in both our work environment and broader society. In 2014, long before it was fashionable, together with a core group in EMEA, I helped pioneer, develop, roll-out and deliver a key D&I initiative for our company. Over the past 7 ½ years it has been extremely rewarding to see the powerful impact of that work on thousands of team members.My focus has always been around building growing, predictable, and sustainable businesses that bring together the best people, structures and customers.
