Take complete control of the branch, including 20 Staff, Stock, Vehicles. To monitor sales staff ensuring they are meeting all customers both trade and retail, WISHES, WANTS & NEEDS. Making sure that orders are processed, picked and delivered within the previously agreed SLA’s. Carrying out regular appraisals of all staff, quantifying any additional training that may be needed to help them achieve there KPI’s, which are pre-set out by the company. During my time with the branch, I help raise the daily sales from £6k per day to £9.5k per day, through customer connectivity and hard work. Included duties were to maintain the fleet, carrying out necessary repairs and servicing to manufacturers specifications. Ensure that the warehouse team carry out daily stock checks, investigating all queries, so that explanations are available, for audit purposes.

To take complete control of the running of the branch, including achieving profitability through both sales and margin, and controlling this through use of the P&L. Also to include stock control, and ensuring deliveries to customers are achieved to agreed SLA’s.

To develop, build and grow existing customer database. Servicing all their needs including prices and stock. To cold call on new prospective customers, to try and build business by promoting all the companies range of products.
