• Ensuring best practice procedures are used for Transpower maintenance and Transformer service throughout ABB depots
• Coordination of Transpower maintenance efforts on a national basis

• Participated in industry training group to design and implement new standards around induction and competency for new and existing industry employees with one of our largest clients

• Responsible for execution of HR issues for 23 staff – staff development reviews, wage reviews, training, recruitment and induction of new staff, performance management
• Forecasting of business unit budget
• Responsible for business unit financial performance
