During my time at Novacel UK I have liased with contractors to set up Racking systems, sourced and purchased FLT to suit, got involved in streamlining w/house and moving operations to Europe, including mechanical dismatelers and movers / shippers.organising outside contractors to produce for us while our machines have been down and transported.Purchasing of anything from toilet rolls to cranes and fork lift / reach trucks.recruitment of w/house staff and training, health and safety tests for alarms, main key holder.allocating jobs, products and organising to meet deadlines, general trouble shooting on a daily basis.During this time I have also been very hands on getting involved from sweeping the warehouse, loading and unloading with a FLT, operating a CNC machine and carrying out maintenance and repairs.Also organising an annual shutdown so as to carry out stock checks using a cherry picker, and then organising with co workers in Belgium and France regarding any updates required we have, we have found that with the correct organisation of staff, our discrepancies on our stock have been within 0.001 % correct.
