Vice President and minority co-owner of a small, Cincinnati based product design, development and manufacturing company. Involved in all daily business activities Billable services: designing products (consumer, commercial and industrial), model making, prototype construction, meeting deadlines/beating deadlines, budget responsibilities, creating tooling, molding urethane plastic parts, QC, delivering of projects and physical salable product. Team Management: responsible for daily activities of 5-7 employees performing a variety of tasks crucial to design and delivery of product. Personnel interviewing, hiring, reviewing, termination. Liaison with domestic and off-shore manufacturing. Sales: designing website and sales collateral, fielding inquiries from phone and internet, performing client site selling and presentations. Administrative duties such as company and project budgets, schedules, client satisfaction and retention, identification of industry trends and business direction. Quality Assurance: Have met and maintained QA standards for all clients as well as implemented internal program.
