The Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) team is responsible for developing the support equipment required for the Electrical, Mechanical and Avionic systems on the Typhoon Aircraft.• Engineering delivery and in-service support to 22 projects with a total value over £45m• Presentation of technical solutions to project design and gate reviews• Project management activities including estimating, generating schedules, managing risk, configuration control, and reporting project performance• Managing the workload and development of my team members• Driving change into the team’s processes to realize time and cost savings whilst maintaining quality• Stakeholder management of key relationships with national and international supply chains; including validation and verification of supplier technical deliverables• Development and management of system requirements across the development lifecycle • Designing and leading customer witnessed tests throughout Europe• Ensuring product safety through hazard identification, mitigation and sign off• Conducting defect investigations to resolve in-service problems
