ENCON completed over 70 projects that ranged from house foundation repair/underpinnning, new home construction, site grading, retaining wall construction, slope repairs, and creek repairs. Tasks included site evaluations, subsurface exploration, development of repair plans, permit acquisition, and construction. I also provided expert witness testimony as both a licensed engineer and general contractor.

I also was dispatched to the San Fernando Valley to perform post-earthquake distress evaluations following the 1994 Northridge earthquake.
