I am a driven and experienced learning professional with over 25 years military & private security sector experience. I have developed my role over the last 21 years from Regional Operations Management through to the position I hold today as Head of Digital Learning.I have developed regional operational teams to deliver temporary security solutions to a wide range of social & commercial clients as well as managing the growth and margin of my £4m P &L. As the Head of Digital learning, I am passionate about helping colleagues realise their true potential by removing barriers to training. I am responsible for supporting colleagues with accessible role specific training, personal development & supporting VPS Group with the ESG agenda.In my spare time I host a radio show on Data Transmission DJ in Miami, Ibiza and around the UK, Massive foodie that loves to travel.
