Charged with inspecting and estimating roofing and gutter systems, negotiating contracts, maintaining project data using DataForma, communicating project requirements to field personnel through detailed work orders, resolving issues during and after installation, and establishing vendors and authorized contractors.

Recruited to search for and qualify ITBs, RFPs, and RFQs in Hampton Roads and northeast North Carolina. Crafted detailed proposals for material testing and inspection and various engineering services after evaluating project plans and specifications. Coordinated proposal and project review with engineering and branch management.

Organized and evaluated job specifications and prepared detailed takeoffs from blueprints using on-screen estimating software. Assembled submittal packages that included LEED information as well as close-out documentation. Communicated with field personnel daily to ensure completion of work. Processed weekly subcontractor payments, monthly invoices, and AIA progress billings. Managed close to $9 million of work over 5 1/2 years.
