After my promotion, I exercised full oversight over a high-performance pharmaceutical distribution facility that received, stored, and processed an average of 40K domestic and international shipments each year and maintained specialized inventories for more than 70 top pharma clients.I continually assessed the performance of all operational areas to implement solutions that enhanced efficiency, increased revenues, and cut costs to improve margins.
