Since the Marine Corps, I have held important management positions dealing with Lean processing and lead to many process improvement projects within operations. I've successfully completed 150+ projects and saved companies over 200k in wasted expenses. Written endless amounts of processes changes and new company policies and procedures. Managed over 5 million in inventory material and accurately fixed damaged accuracy percentage ratings to average 99%. I diligently use Six Sigma methodology /Project management while being certified in Yellow and Green belts. I have also become recently certified in Project Management through Villanova University. Completed Advanced Strategic Project Management Certifications 2015.Currently, I am the Project Manager for Specialized Storage Solutions. We are a Business to Business solutions based company.     For the past 8 years I have played a valued role with the United States Marine Corps. When I first signed up to the Corps, I was got stationed to Marine Corps Security Force Battalion which then was over manned and got changed to a Regiment. I worked all passport applications Diplomatic to regular state to state passport. I also managed all awards and statuses and disseminated all awards to their appropriate units or members. I also managed 8 Marines within the section. Before leaving MSF Regiment I received a NAVY ACHIEVEMENT medal. 2008, I received orders to be a Colonel's Assistant for the Command Pacific Fleet operations, the Fleet Marine Officer. I managed everything and anything from small excel files to huge access degrees and also managed and geared 8 other Marine officers and Enlisted members within Command Pacific Fleet. I made sure all Marines were trained and ready for any mission asked or needed to be completed. I then received orders to Long Island, NY to 1st Marine Corps District. Upon arriving and completing my first 6 months at the unit, I have revamped and reworked and organized a Separations and Retirement section. I have established a well generated access document to pull and manage all Marines that are exiting the Marine Corps or retiring from the Corps. Currently I am an AOP Clerk and learning how the officer side gets selected and commissioned into a graded officer. I will be consolidating all data and pushing out status reports.
