Dave is a top producing Realtor with over 18 years of experience in marketing and sales of real estate in the Chicago metro and near suburban areas. Growing up in suburban Philadelphia Dave's passion for the real estate industry developed organically as he watched the rural landscape become 1000s of beautiful homes. In high school he worked part time installing signs and doing yard work for the areas top real estate firm. Moving to Chicago in 1997 Dave purchased his first condo and taking his sales agent's advise, left his corporate HR position to start his real estate career. In 3 short years Dave achieved the regional award of #1 Individual Agent for his national firm's market area. To better serve his growing client base in 2002 Dave founded The Chicago Real Estate Group (CREG), a boutique style sales team within the brokerage firm. CREG has help 100's of buyers and sellers find the ideal home or investment. Dave has also worked closely with developers, architects and designers to bring to market over 25 new construction and re-developement projects. As Managing Broker at Keller Williams Lincoln Square, Dave was responsible for all aspects of finance and profitability of his branch office as well as recruiting and retaining the top real estate professionals in the Chicago marketplace. His success came through training and coaching his agents to be leaders in the industry and experts in the local real estate market. In 2009 his first line of business was to find new office space for his growing office. Dave successfully found and negotiated the new lease and spearheaded the new office build out. Dave re-hired where needed, trained and supervised the office staff including the front desk, transaction coordinator and office accountant. Reporting to the Operating Partner, Dave was responsible for all aspects of brokerage and accountable for profitability of the office. Upholding industry standards and license law requirements of the branch office was paramount and Dave's tenure was without incident or infraction. By implementing various productivity and coaching initiatives, Dave's office achieved both increased agent production and office profitability during one of the most challenging periods in the real estate history.
