Dave Caple, CCHP, is Chief Operating Officer for the RESIDE Worldwide, Inc. brand portfolio, tasked with overseeing the organization's ongoing operations and procedures while driving corporate revenue growth and company culture.Prior to joining the RESIDE executive leadership team, Caple led ABODA (now ABODA by RESIDE) through its acquisition by Westbridge Capital, Ltd. and RESIDE as CEO and President of the company. Caple originally joined ABODA (then named Northwest Suites) in 1999 as Operational Vice President. Under his 20+ years of leadership, ABODA grew from a regional temporary housing company to a global leader in the industry – providing responsive, reliable and resourceful housing solutions to some of the biggest brands in the world.Dave also earned ABODA numerous industry and corporate awards throughout his tenure, including being named a "Best Company to Work For" (Washington CEO magazine), "Provider of the Year" (Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA)), and "Innovative Service Practices" (BBB Business of the Year).Prior to joining ABODA, Dave held various management positions at Cendant Mobility and Prudential Relocation, including overseeing the government real estate acquisition department at Cendant Mobility responsible for a $500 million real estate portfolio. He was named to the Puget Sound Business Journal's 40 Under 40 list and is an active member of CHPA and the Pacific Northwest Relocation Council, serving as past President of both associations.Dave is originally from Michigan.
