Systems Administrator
Current• Monitors, analyzes, tests, and troubleshoots Oracle/Spear and other major business applications modules, features and interfaces• Develops reports to supplement the Oracle/Spear Applications core package.• Analyzes, tests and installs upgrades and enhancements. • Performs maintenance and administration of the Agency’s major business applications.• Leads, performs, and coordinates major business application problem tracking, resolution, and verification testing, as needed.• Performs major business application monitoring and utilization of notification tools for application defect detection.• Troubleshoots client/server connectivity issues with major business applications.• Provides technical assistance/support to internal customers on business application issues. • Performing in-depth problem troubleshooting and where possible, root cause analysis.• Works with vendor, and/or consulting teams when necessary to resolve customer issues.• Installs application bug fixes/patches.
