- Managing an agile teams work and time using scrum framework, facilitating scrum ceremonies- creating and prioritizing transparent user stories with definition of ready, definition of done, transparency, velocity and showing back metrics in mind. - Leading Backlog Refinement sessions to ensure our initiatives are prioritized, streamlining our cross functional, self organizing team to act autonomously.- Being the first point of contact with many of our stakeholders and vendors, level setting expectations, removing impediments, ensuring transparency, prioritization and alignment on stakeholder needs. - Change Management: Working with our stakeholders to educate and disseminate knowledge, ensuring transparency in the decision process as our platform matures in an iterative fashion- Utilizing an Infrastructure as Code only approach, planning, designing and implementing the transition of sub-prod and net new workloads into AWS.
