Striving to change the perception of government employees, one interaction at a time. I've been part of the Town of Danville team since 2006, starting out in Code Enforcement and then City Planning before transitioning to a management role in the Maintenance Services Department in 2012. These various positions have given me a broad exposure to the entire organization, including extensive collaboration with engineering, transportation, building, police, public outreach, IT and administration work groups, which helps keep me fresh and continuously learning. At the core of every position I have held is providing the highest level of customer service to Danville residents. I am a graduate of Contra Costa Local Government Leadership Academy, Leadership San Ramon Valley and Pacific Southwest Maintenance Management School. I also serve on Danville's Executive Committee, Safety Committee, Marketing & Outreach Task Force, Technology Advisory Group and Pension Committee.
