Direct report to the CEO Jaguar Land Rover NA LLC with a dotted line to the CFO Jaguar Land Rover Ltd. Responsible for all finance, accounting, purchasing and IT activities for Jaguar Land Rover NA LLC (over $6B revenue) including financial reporting, budgeting, controllership, compliance and oversight of financial management. Local responsibility for financial services, treasury, tax, purchasing and investor relations. Manage a staff of 85+ employees. • Played a leadership role in the development and implementation of the “Next Generation of Jaguar” strategy that has enabled the brand to more directly target the core of the luxury business, improve consideration among potential customers and improve profitability.• Provided leadership (Co-executive sponsor) in JLRNA’s implementation of SAP. New system impacted all areas of Purchase to Pay and Order to Cash across the Region.• Improved the balance sheet by de-risking legacy pensions, negotiating increased credit availability and reducing trapped and restricted cash by over $150 million.• Lead role in successfully transitioning, from Ford Motor Company, all of Jaguar Land Rover’s North America accounting, finance and IT responsibilities. Established local audit, purchasing, tax and treasury organizations. Built a high performance team in all areas.

Jaguar and Land Rover North America, a $4 billion new vehicle sales organization with locations in Canada, Mexico and the United States. Responsible for all budgeting, FP&A, accounting, and information technology. Manage a staff of 25 finance and 40 IT professionals as well as oversight of the Jaguar and Land Rover accounting function in Dearborn, MI. Serve as a member of the North America Land Rover Board of Directors, and the Executive Committee of the organization.

Develop the overall revenue strategy for Ford and Lincoln Mercury. Includes vehicle pricing and packaging, transaction price modeling and analysis, competitive analysis and ensuring alignment with volume targets, marketing plans and forward model programs. Operating responsibility for the U.S. revenue budget, forecast and business plan.

Appointed by the Vice-President Revenue Management to initiate and lead the development and roll out of revenue management initiatives throughout Ford Motor Company. Other responsibilities included the direct management of 15 U.S. regional finance managers and P&L, consolidation accounting, and investment responsibility for 145 company owned dealerships.
