In this role, I lead a team of engineers who design, write, ship and motivate the creation of engineering and data products that optimize the energy emissions from the 1B+ Windows user base. My responsibilities involve forging partnerships with others across the engineering and program management disciplines, and with our insider ecosystem to drive improvements into the release of Windows. Also, as a senior member of the team, I have the opportunity to take on technical leadership roles and drive scenarios across teams, mentor and foster younger, less experienced engineers, and create and maintain a culture and environment that engenders diversity and inclusion.

At this job role, I led a team of developers that are in many ways changing the dynamics of the Nigerian Capital Market. From deploying applications to automate trade pre- and post-processing, to designing new architectures for the market to thrive in the face of new challenges being faced globally. As a highly regulated sector, the job involves applying a myriad of great design practices to stay within regulatory space, whilst providing stakeholders and market participants the value they deserve.

This role cemented my transition to software and solutions architecture, having worked closely with the R&D team.
