Unibail-Rodamco focuses on highly specialised market segments such as large shopping centres of major European cities and large offices and convention & exhibition centres in the Paris region.As commercial development manager I was responsible for the integral re-development of Stadshart Amstelveen with an investment value of € 200 million resulted in first approval mayor and aldermen in June 2013. Main activities were developing the future retail concept for Stadshart Amstelveen, increase of revenues, optimal retail mix incl. dining experience, customer journey, positioning & branding, managing service providers, stakeholder management, feasibility analysis and reporting to various boards of Unibail-Rodamco.
