About Dave Chen

As a senior operation manager, I always like to think and work how to work with team to fufill customers' requests and to accept different kind of chanllages, and how to keep passion on techinal and let whole team keep competivite. Never say impossible, because one small chance can aslo let dream come true.As a service delivery manager, I always like to stay and listen with customers, to think what they want to and why they say like that. The most fulfilling thing is to use my senior operation manager role to find one balance point between customer demand and operation team's complain.
