Dave has worked for 20+ years in the Construction Industry for a Consultant, Sub-Contractor, Builder, and Developer and brings this cross section of industry experience and knowledge to CSI. Dave has been the Services Manager responsible for the delivery of many projects ranging from Commercial, Retail, Entertainment, Residential and Industrial. Dave’s starts as part of the feasibility team, and then manages the Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulics, Lifts and ESD with the Architect / Consultants during design concept, design development / tender-contract documentation. He plays an ongoing role to monitor the Builder / Sub-contractor during the construction phase and is actively working on behalf of the Client at the critical project completion / handover stage. This handover to the Client and Tenants is critical to the ongoing operation of the building.

Before joining CSI, Dave spent six years working with Walker Corporation, as a Services Manager on a variety of projects in the Retail, Commercial, Residential and Industrial sectors. During this time, Dave gained a comprehensive knowledge of services design specification, design management, budget and cost control, contract development, negotiation and administration.

Dave spent three years with Multiplex Constructions as a Services Manager. His years of experience prior to joining Multiplex working with major Consultants and Sub-contractors allows him to liaise easily with all parts of the design and construction process.
