More than 15 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, finance and operational roles. Spent four years as a CPA in public accounting, following which spent twelve plus years in various roles with an online retail company, including five years as the CFO, as the company grew from $2 million to over $900 million of revenue. Involved in taking the company public, and helped raise ~$400 million of capital through stock and convertible debt offerings. Oversaw the management and operational reporting, SEC reporting, treasury, financial planning, forecasting and budgeting functions. Managed these functions over the company’s evolution from a high-growth start-up, through a restructuring and turnaround phase, to a maturing and profitable industry leader. Most recently, spent three years as SVP of Finance for a private healthcare IT company, and played an integral role in the sale of the company to an $8 billion enterprise value public company for ~$375 million.
