Lead 90 highly skilled, cross-functional Special Operations personnel, capable of executing crisis and disaster relief operations all around the globe, while building strategic partnerships with foreign military and government leaders through empowerment and collaboration. - Led an initial disaster response team in support of Foreign Humanitarian Assistance operation when a category 5 hurricane made landfall in the Central Philippines. Evacuated over 1000 personnel, empowered and assisted Philippine security forces and government organizations in disaster response, and prepared for larger US disaster relief assistance. - Prepared partnered forces for Peacekeeping Operations in Sudan by developing practical and realistic training methodology and environment while resourcing locally for cost-saving and sustainability of training by partner security forces.
